In 2007, the street light foundations along Haymaker Parkway (SR 59) from Longmere Drive to Willow Street were identified as having corroded anchor bolts.

An inventory was then completed to determine the extent of pole foundations affected. It was determined that the majority of pole bases on the north side of Haymaker Parkway were in need of repair.

The anchor bolts are embedded into the concrete foundation and bolted to the light pole.

Currently, an investigation is being completed to determine the best method to repair or possibly replace the light pole foundations.

The project provides for the design and phased repair/replacement of the street light pole foundations along this section of roadway in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
