The completion of Erie Street and Depeyster Street will support vehicular and pedestrian access and utility services for redevelopment.  The current pavement condition is very poor and requires pavement replacement to serve the vehicular traffic as intended.  The pavement condition also creates a safety hazard due to its poor condition.  The addition of overhead lighting will increase vehicular and pedestrian visibility and safety.
