UTILITY BILLING

The City of Kent's Utility Billing is done through the Budget & Finance Department.  Their office is located at 325 South Depeyster Street.

If you are a new resident, you must contact them to set up water service in Kent.  If you have any questions or have received an estimated water bill, you need to contact the Utility Billing office.  Their phone number is (330) 678-8104.  They are open every day, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.

If you would like to pay your water bill through direct debit, an authorization form is found in every issue of the Tree City Bulletin.
