Household Income Limits
The following household
income limits for low and moderate income households / persons are
applicable to the City of Kent’s Housing Programs. When calculating
household income, the combined incomes of all members of the household
(in residence) must be counted. Income to be counted includes wages,
tips, commissions, bonuses, income from business, interest or dividends,
Social Security, annuities, retirement or pension plans, unemployment
compensation and disability compensation, workers compensation and
severance pay.
